Join the Skills Revolution today

Staff recruitment and retention has been cited as one of the major challenges facing businesses in Hertfordshire. But finding staff with the right skills is increasingly difficult: two in five employers have hard-to-fill vacancies due to skills shortages. Not only is it hard to find the skills needed for your business to thrive, hiring new staff is expensive.

Upskilling your existing workforce can solve these problems.

Step2Skills offers Hertfordshire employers free short maths workshops to upskill staff as part of the government-funded Multiply program.

Maths skills are highly transferable to the workplace, enabling better timekeeping, problem solving and decision-making. Investing in your employees’ number skills has immediate benefits for your staff and your business, and builds a strong foundation to develop your workforce with more advanced technical skills.
